Job Description

This Analyst Operations role requires 5-7 years of experience in investment operations or wealth management, with a focus on people leadership. The position demands in-depth knowledge of various investment instruments like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and advisory solutions, alongside familiarity with asset movement operations including settlements, transfers, and reconciliations. Candidates must understand the US regulatory environment (FINRA, SEC) and be prepared for evening/night shifts and occasional extended hours. Good communication skills and adaptability are essential.

  • Investment fundamental knowledge preferred (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Equity).
Must Have:
  • Overall, 5-7 Years of experience in investment operations or wealth management with proven people leadership
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts.

  • Occasional extended work hours/weekends to meet deadlines.
  • Participation in training sessions, presentations and meetings.
  • Good communication Skills.
