Must have:

  • Experience in building standardized game art resource systems.
  • Familiar with outsourcing management and cost control logic.
  • Able to identify and address art resource issues and risks.
  • Proactive, patient, resilient.
  • Excellent communication, summarization, and logical thinking skills.
Good to have:
  • Production experience

Job Description

1. Responsible for the art resource management and coordination work between the publishing side and R&D, as well as other functional departments within publishing.

2. Timely communicate art resource requirements with all relevant parties, identify risks, clear bottlenecks, eliminate information gaps, and ensure orderly and efficient collaboration between upstream and downstream.

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of art resource management tools, promoting the implementation of docking processes and specifications, and continuously optimizing them.

4. Periodically organize review meetings to document standards, processes, and lessons learned.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of APM experience in the game industry, familiar with game art production processes and asset types, with at least 1 year of experience in art resource management/process optimization, and successful cases of leading cross-departmental art resource collaboration projects.

2. Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, capable of coordinating the demands of relevant stakeholders.

3. Experience in building standardized game art resource systems, interfacing with upstream and downstream work, and able to customize templates and build automated processes according to business needs. Production experience preferred.

4. Familiar with outsourcing management and cost control logic. Able to accurately identify problems and risks in the art resource docking process and take prompt measures.

5. Proactive, patient, resilient, with excellent communication, summarization, and logical thinking skills, able to flexibly adjust communication techniques according to occasion and audience.
