- Creativity is just the tip of the iceberg, concept is the hero behind the curtains. Expertise in conceptualization and execution of visual campaigns across multiple channels and platforms is a must.
- Aesthetics is not just a buzz-word for us, it’s a practice. A proactive approach towards maintaining the visual style and aesthetics of projects and campaigns to ensure consistency.
- Communication is the key to unlocking the brief. Work closely with internal teams and clients to capture their vision, objectives, and brand aesthetics in the visuals.
- Don’t just be a follower, be a creator- of concepts and visuals. Present your ideas and designs to clients, incorporating feedback if and when needed.
- We’re all about good experiences, be it on screen or not. Ensure a smooth collaboration with deliverables that align with client expectations.
- We value quality over quantity. And both are a bonus. To ensure utmost quality, oversee the creation process ensuring polished and professional creatives that meet the brand standards.
- Multitasking is an art that we count as a skill. If you have the ability to handle multiple projects, with the art of multitasking, an artist like you is just what we need.
- A minimum 5-6 years of working experience in design or art direction roles with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software's such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
