Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on social and paid media design, PowerPoint templates, and presentations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing presentations and engaging social media content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also:

• Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and visual content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing team to design concepts that align with current campaigns and trends.
• Adapt existing designs for different formats and ensure consistency in style and branding.
• Assist in creating animated graphics or simple motion graphics for enhanced engagement.
• Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
• Maintain and ensure consistency in the company’s visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Take direction and feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as one-pagers and email templates.
• Develop custom templates and slide layouts to ensure brand consistency across presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to understand presentation goals and deliver designs that enhance the narrative.
• Ensure all presentations are optimized for different display formats (e.g., screens, projectors).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio of showcasing PowerPoint presentations and social media graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, with experience creating professional presentations.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with other design tools or video editing software
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and corporate design standards.
• Experience using Canva and Figma
