Job Description

The ASIC Implementation Engineer will be responsible for complex design implementations using advanced technology nodes. This role involves expertise in synthesis, design for test, floorplanning, place and route, clock methodology, power planning and analysis, timing closure, signal integrity, and physical design checks. The engineer will lead design closure disciplines, adapt to various EDA vendor solutions, and ensure quality through peer reviews, collaborating with global design teams.
Good To Have:
  • Post graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is desirable.
Must Have:
  • Demonstrated expertise in synthesis, design for test, floorplanning, place and route, clock methodology, power planning and analysis, timing closure, signal integrity, and physical design checks.
  • Participate in large complex design implementations using the latest technology nodes.
  • Lead one or more disciplines in design closure as part of the design team.
  • Expertise in multiple EDA vendor solutions and ability to quickly adapt.
  • Participate and drive peer reviews to ensure all quality requirements are met.
  • Work with customers and design teams across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to work on complex technical projects, exercising judgment in selecting methods.
  • Complete tasks with little supervision, able to lead projects and set direction for other project members.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related ASIC implementation experience.
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,300 - $226,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
