Job Description

We are looking for an FX Venue Onboarding Assistant Manager to help us facilitate the growth of our FXall platform by working in our onboarding team in Manila to bring customers and liquidity providers onto our markets. This role will involve working with the product, relationship management, sales, technology and business teams to ensure the timely and effective onboarding of clients into our reference data and permissioning tool ‘FXall Admin’. It will also entail line management responsibilities to provide oversight and leadership for the day-to-day running of the team. Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of MS Platforms with exposure to process automation.
  • Exposure to trading platforms especially FXall/FX Matching/Workspace is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Must Have:
  • Collaborate with internal partners to setup FX customers on LSEG FX trading platforms.
  • Resolve sophisticated client queries, call out high-impact risks, and build internal relationships and networks with important teams.
  • Keep up to date with changes to products and services to maintain quality of service.
  • Onboard new customer (buy-side) and new provider (sell-side) clients to FXall, Matching and Workspace platforms.
  • Offboarding customer (buy-side) clients in FXall, Matching and Workspace platforms.
  • Onboard customers to NDF Matching and handle their participant data.
  • Liaise with clients and internal groups to handle Price Stream Entitlement requests.
  • Work closely with many internal teams including Sales and Account Management, Support teams, Dev teams, Professional Services, Product teams, Global Regulatory and Business Ops.
  • Line management of team members in Manila office.
  • Handling of more complex onboarding queries alongside internal collaborators.

  • Onboard customers to NDF Matching and handle their participant data.

Key Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent experience level.
  • 4+ years of validated Customer Service skills and experience.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Worked in a customer-focused environment where detailed process/procedures are followed.
  • Multiple years of FX market experience, understanding of FX products.
  • Strong teammate with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Experience working in an onboarding role working with customer reference data.
  • Flexible to work across APAC, EMEA and AMERS working hours.

Helpful:

  • Knowledge of MS Platforms with exposure to process automation.
  • Exposure to trading platforms especially FXall/FX Matching/Workspace is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Managerial experience of 1+ years.
