Job Description – Associate Content Technical Specialist
Job Summary
Works alongside the Editorial departments to support administrative reporting to internal CeriFi departments and external regulators. Acts as a technical information resource during the production, development, and publishing of e-Learning courses. Works regularly on various systems and applications to deliver high-quality learning content.
Job Responsibilities (Day-to-day responsibilities and milestones to achieve the objectives)
- Maintain logs used to send vendor invoices to the accounts payable department.
- Reconcile invoices submitted from external vendors to executed contracts.
- Report user course completions to various external regulators.
- Support the editorial departments in other administrative responsibilities as required.
- Applying style sheets to the course files, templating and converting into XML.
- Creating videos, images, animations, interactive elements, charts, tables, PDF supplements, and glossary.
- Manually test the course for compatibility, animation functionality, adherence to style sheet and branding standards for design.
- Work in a team environment with SMEs, attend and participate in team meetings, and performance management processes (e.g., peer reviews, self-evaluation).
- Prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks.
- Provide accurate and timely response. Extra hours may be required to meet deadlines.
- Meet process specific metric targets independently or with minimal support.
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements where needed. Support RCA for process improvement.
- Progressively take more responsibilities and complex activities.
- Look to make our customers’ jobs easier through process, product, or business model changes.
- Contribute to accomplishing overall team goals. Upskill as per business needs and demands.
Required Skills
- Intermediate Excel or higher
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with e-learning course development and programming skills in HTML/XML and CSS style sheets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge and experience in instructional design is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Articulate, Adobe InDesign & Acrobat pro is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in any video making tools with creative thinking will be an advantage.

- Strong communication skills (written, oral & email)
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver priority tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to increasingly complex and changing work.

Education: Any bachelor’s or master’s degree.
