Job Description

This role involves the calculation of tax provisions and deferred taxes for financial statements, including working on the disclosure of current and deferred tax in financials. The role requires coordinating with consultants to determine the amount of corporate and advance taxes, and filing corporate tax returns for all Synechron entities on time. Additionally, the role involves assisting consultants in preparing replies to tax authorities and handling documentation related to tax filings and preparing workings for tax audits. Must Have:

Calculation of Tax Provisions & Deferred Taxes for financials, working on disclosure of current tax & deferred tax in financials. Coordinating with Consultants for Working out amount of Corporate Taxes & Advance Taxes Filing of Corporate Tax Returns for all Synechron Entities in time. Assisting consultants in preparation of replies to Tax Authorities, taking care of documentation in relation to tax filings made with various tax authorities. Preparation of required workings for Tax Audit.
