As a Renewal & Customer Success Manager for Bowtie, you'll be the driving force behind customer retention and satisfaction. By building strong relationships, solving challenges, and identifying growth opportunities, you’ll ensure our clients get the most value from our risk management software—every step of the way.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

No two days are the same! You'll focus on retaining customers and helping them succeed with our software. The variety of tasks and interactions will keep you engaged and motivated. You'll work closely with sales representatives to achieve results and make our customers happy.
About You
The team
You will be part of a team of 4 customer success managers working closely together with our Account management team, customer support, product team and sales support. Twice a week, you work together at our office in Alphen aan den Rijn. Next to that, you cooperate regularly with our Partner management team.
