Job Summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of the Libra product in Italy. This role involves developing and executing product and content marketing strategies, creating high-performing content, optimizing campaigns with a global agency, and planning local community initiatives. The manager will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams, own local media relations, and conduct market analysis to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business goals.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing
- Experience in leading cross-functional marketing projects
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple channels
- Deep understanding of users and product to translate features into value
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (Eloqua)
- Fluent in Italian and English (at least C1 level)
- Lead, develop, and execute product and content marketing strategies for the region
- Create high-performing and interactive content in various formats
- Work closely with global performance marketing agency to launch and optimize campaigns
- Plan and execute grassroots activations, pop-ups, local events, and community initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure consistent messaging

- Optimize landing pages and marketing assets for SEO, GEO, and conversions
- Conduct market and competitive analyses

About the role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of the Libra product across Italy. This role is pivotal in driving the localized execution of divisional campaigns, ensuring market relevance, strengthening brand positioning, and aligning efforts across central, divisional, and local marketing teams.
As the connective tissue between the divisional Libra product lead, local marketers, and central operations, you will ensure that divisional strategies are effectively adapted and implemented in Italy. You will shape how the product is perceived in the market, empower local teams to execute with impact, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
You’ll report to the Libra Marketing Lead. You’ll also collaborate with a growing team of passionate professionals to foster a culture of performance, agility, and customer-centricity—laying the foundation for sustainable growth across the region.
What you’ll do
- Lead, develop, and execute product and content marketing strategies for the region that truly reach legal professionals
- Create high-performing and interactive content in various formats (e.g., blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, webinars, events) for our regional audience
- Tailor messaging to different target groups and experience levels
- Work closely with our global performance marketing agency to launch and optimize campaigns with clear KPIs
- Plan and execute grassroots activations, pop-ups, local events, and community initiatives to increase reach, engagement, and loyalty
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure consistent messaging throughout the entire funnel
- Own local media relations and press activities
- Optimize landing pages and marketing assets for SEO, GEO, and conversions
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and insights
- Present results and help shape the marketing roadmap
- Build and maintain strong relationships with divisional, regional, and central stakeholders.
- Operate as a strategic facilitator with a high degree of accountability and collaboration.
What you’ll bring
