The Associate I, Customer Service role focuses on accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Responsibilities include verifying order details, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and responding to customer inquiries via email and chat. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for improvement in order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Accurately process customer orders within the order entry system.
  • Verify order details, pricing, availability, and shipping information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good to have:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or order entry.
  • Experience with SAP software.
  • Strong written communication skill

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our Customer Service team with a primary focus on order entry. This role will ensure customers' orders are processed accurately and promptly, while also providing a positive customer experience.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately process high volumes of customer orders within our order entry system.
  • Verify order details, pricing, availability, and shipping information for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve any order discrepancies.
  • or issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding order status, product
  • information, and other service-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interaction logs within our CRM.
  • Proactively identify areas to improve order processing efficiency and customer
  • satisfaction.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School

 

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or order entry.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Detail oriented; able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP software.
  • Strong written communication skill
