Job Description

The Renewals Specialist for Territory is responsible for driving and forecasting renewals for existing customers within the Territory region and ensuring they are closed successfully. Your role involves identifying and creating expansion opportunities. You will engage directly with customers, collaborate with partners, and align your efforts with the Worldwide Sales teams. A key focus of your position will be identifying and mitigating the risk of renewal churn, while also ensuring that customers have impactful experiences.
Must have:
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the opportunity Pipeline and forecast for the assigned set of accounts
  • Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support
  • Serve as an escalation point for all renewal issues that affect the customer's retention and drive the execution of risk mitigation
  • Identify customer upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Report renewal performance by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product
  • Coordinate and execute collaborative channel partner, assigned territory sales, and customer sales meetings to increase renewal performance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or renewals
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume book of business with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to handle challenging conversations professionally
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Data-driven and comfortable interpreting customer usage or behavior metrics to guide strategy
  • Proactive, resourceful, and resilient in overcoming objections and saving accounts
  • Have a collaborative and consultative work style, the ability to excel in a high-volume work environment, and love being in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to negotiate complex sales/renewal deals with customers and partners

  • Serve as an escalation point for all renewal issues that affect the customer's retention and drive the execution of risk mitigation

  • Report renewal performance by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product
  • Coordinate and execute collaborative channel partner, assigned territory sales, and customer sales meetings to increase renewal performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or renewals
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume book of business with attention to detail
