We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional technical teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions such as data centre upgrades, network deployments, cloud migrations, and hardware rollouts.
Must have:
  • Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, network installations, and cloud transitions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (network, systems, security, support) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, risk logs, change requests, and status reports
  • Support procurement and logistics for hardware and software components
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating to senior management as needed
  • Participate in infrastructure audits, compliance checks, and change management processes
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL and other relevant frameworks or standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in IT project coordination or infrastructure support
Good to have:
  • ITIL Foundation or PMP/CAPM certification (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Coordinate with internal teams (network, systems, security, support) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, risk logs, change requests, and status reports
  • Support procurement and logistics for hardware and software components

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms)
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar
  • ITIL Foundation or PMP/CAPM certification (preferred)
