Job Description

As an Associate - Account Management, you’ll be the face of the Marketing Centre of Excellence for your assigned accounts. You’ll partner closely with internal and external clients, understand their priorities inside-out, manage day-to-day requirements, and make sure projects land with impact. You’ll own relationships end-to-end—turning needs into clear briefs, coordinating delivery across teams, and ensuring quality and timelines are never in doubt.
Must have:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding business goals and challenges.
  • Spot opportunities to add value and push work forward.
  • Gather clear, actionable requirements from clients.
  • Translate business needs into concise, on-point briefs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals with discipline.
  • Work across Genesis’ capabilities: Creative Design, Content & Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Web Engineering, Events & Experiences.
  • Keep all teams aligned on goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Oversee campaign assets, marketing materials, and communication outputs.
  • Ensure work is on-brand, consistent, and tied to business objectives.
  • Drive structured, efficient feedback loops.
  • Track CSAT for your accounts and act on insights.
  • Hold regular check-ins to strengthen relationships.
  • Share periodic performance and progress reports.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding business goals and challenges.

  • Briefing & Requirement Management
  • Gather clear, actionable requirements from clients.
  • Translate business needs into concise, on-point briefs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals with discipline.
  • Cross-Function Coordination
  • Work across Genesis’ capabilities:
  • Creative Design: Branding, visual identity, campaign design.
  • Content & Copywriting: Marketing messaging, articles, scripts, presentations.
  • Digital Marketing: Paid media, performance campaigns, social.
  • Web Engineering: Landing pages, portals, campaign microsites.
  • Events & Experiences: Internal and external event execution.
  • Keep all teams aligned on goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Creative & Communication Delivery
  • Oversee campaign assets, marketing materials, and communication outputs.
  • Ensure work is on-brand, consistent, and tied to business objectives.
  • Drive structured, efficient feedback loops.
  • Client Satisfaction & Reporting
  • Track CSAT for your accounts and act on insights.
  • Hold regular check-ins to strengthen relationships.

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows is a plus.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in account management, client servicing, or business partnership roles in a creative or marketing environment.
