Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical and creative skills, enabling them to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. This role will focus on audience segmentation and analysis to inform creative campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audience segmentation and analysis to identify key consumer insights and trends.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to uncover insights that inform campaign strategies.

  • Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with audience needs and preferences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  • Translate creative concepts into detailed briefs for design, copy, and production teams.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and enhance creative direction.

  • Monitor competitors' marketing strategies to identify gaps in the market and develop campaigns that can outperform competitors, ensuring IB maintains a competitive edge.

  • Serve as a creative counterpart to the marketing team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.

  • Advocate for a consistent brand voice across all channels while driving impactful creative campaigns.

  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and encourage team collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative strategy or marketing role, with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional creative thinking skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Strong proficiency in conceptualizing innovative ideas and translating them into effective marketing strategies.

  •  Familiarity with design tools and creative software is a plus.

  • Adaptability, leadership, and problem-solving which enable strategists to navigate the complexities of campaign development and work effectively within teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

At Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the compensation for this role to have a starting rate of $85,000.00 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
