Job Description

You will acquire the qualification of an Information Security Management System Auditor and be responsible for auditing related standards as follows:

• Customer visits, audit response
• Audit plan formulation
• Verification of audit reports
• Feedback on audit content
• Support tasks related to standards (e.g., creating manuals, educating auditors, responding to inquiries)
• Information gathering on related standards

• ISO22301 (Business Continuity Management System)
• ISO27017 (Cloud Security)
• ISO27701 (Privacy Information Management System)
• ISO42001 (AI Management System)

Qualifications

Must-haves

• 2+ years of practical experience in the IT industry (development, maintenance, operations, etc.)
• 1+ year of practical experience in AI
• University graduate, or graduate of an IT-related junior college, vocational school, or technical college

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cloud security

English

• TOEIC score of 600 or higher welcome (this is a guideline, those without a score but without issues in the following are welcome). Necessary for email correspondence with overseas group companies, guidance, and reading/understanding standard requirement documents. Conversational skills are welcome.
• We support English language improvement, such as free in-house TOEIC and English conversation class subsidies.

About the Position

With the growing social awareness of information security, more companies are implementing internal information security measures by acquiring the international standard ISO27001. Information security management audits confirm conformity to ISO27001 and evaluate effectiveness and efficiency, thereby playing a role in improving client companies' information security environments and awareness. Information security management auditors have a rewarding job that can contribute to corporate reform. You will start auditing with ISO27001, and as a next step, you can skill up to become an auditor for the latest technologies such as ISO/IEC 27017 for cloud security and ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management systems. About the Team

• Under an experienced manager, 5 energetic members, mainly in their 20s and 30s, are active.
• There is a system to fully support learning and growth, such as study sessions held every few months.

About Work Style

• Due to on-site audits, business trips occur about half a month.
• You will commute to the office until you acquire the auditor qualification. After acquiring the qualification, you will primarily be engaged in audits at client sites, but on days without audits, remote work is possible. Details will be explained during the interview.
• Auditor work is a job that can be continued for life, even after retirement.
• We fully support you from acquiring auditor qualifications to becoming a lead auditor, even if you are inexperienced. Depending on your experience, many people without qualifications acquire lead auditor status within about half a year of joining.

Working Conditions

Estimated Annual Salary: 4.6 to 7 million JPY

• Includes bonus and fixed overtime allowance for 30 hours per month.
• Depends on experience.

Monthly Salary Breakdown: 370,000 JPY (Base 300,000 + Fixed Overtime 70,000) to 560,000 JPY (Base 460,000 + Fixed Overtime 100,000)

Bonus: Once a year in March (depends on performance)

Salary Review: Once a year in April

Probationary Period: 3 months

Various Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance (paid separately in 1-minute increments), BYOD allowance (you will use your own smartphone/tablet for work; 3,000 JPY per month will be provided as a BYOD allowance).

Working Hours: 9:00-17:00 (7 hours per day) Break 12:00-13:00

• Work-from-home telework system available.

Holidays: Complete two-day weekend system (approx. 120 holidays per year)

Bereavement leave, volunteer leave, special leave for infectious diseases like influenza.

Paid Leave: Granted on the first day of employment (number of days depends on joining month, up to 20 days. Time-unit paid leave system available).

Social Insurance: Health insurance, employee pension, employment insurance, worker's accident insurance.

Retirement Age: 65 (continued employment system available, up to 70 years old).

3. Final interview (Department Director *Japanese*)

• The first interview is scheduled to be conducted online.
• You will take an online SPI test before the final interview.
• The period from document screening to final selection is expected to be approximately 2-3 weeks.
