Job Description

The Benefits Operations Analyst, Carrier Connections will be responsible for managing integration tasks and resolving post-production issues and discrepancies reported by clients and insurance carriers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving data transmission issues, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of electronic transactions. You will work with insurance carriers, our clients and our internal support and engineering teams to ensure that integration and post-production activities are completed on-time and that the information present within Rippling is accurate and matches that of our carrier partners. This is an exciting role that requires significant attention to detail and ability to improve processes.

  • Resolve discrepancies and errors reported by our customers and insurance carriers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for both our customers and internal stakeholders for complex issues and escalations and communicate status, resolution progress, and required follow-up actions.
  • Investigate the root causes of discrepancies, define and implement enhancements through process and automation to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide first-class service to our clients.
  • Other projects, as assigned

About the role

You will work with insurance carriers, our clients and our internal support and engineering teams to ensure that integration and post-production activities are completed on-time and that the information present within Rippling is accurate and matches that of our carrier partners. This is an exciting role that requires significant attention to detail and ability to improve processes.

What you will do

  • Resolve discrepancies and errors reported by our customers and insurance carriers.

What you will need

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations or an equivalent role in Benefits Administration supporting EDI or API integrations
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with high attention to detail and excellent work product, time management, and execution
  • Experience in effectively partnering with Product and Engineering teams with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable and practical steps
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working through a dashboard of tasks and organising your day around both tasks and project deliverables
  • G-Suite Experience
  • Available to work during the 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST shift hours.
