Job Description
Binance is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals for its Accelerator Program, a fixed-term immersive experience in the Web3 space for early career talent. Participants will gain insight into the leading blockchain ecosystem, focusing on networking and skill development. The role involves research and implementation of algorithms in areas like document OCR, image quality assessment, and LLM AI agents. Responsibilities include KYB/KYC business metrics analysis, algorithm implementation for document OCR and analysis, performance evaluation, and data acquisition. Additionally, the role will involve image/document analysis related to anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud detection.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Data Science, or related fields.
- Ongoing Master's or Ph.D. study focusing on LLM, CV, image processing, ML.
- Passion for AI with understanding of AI applications (LLM, AI Agent, OCR).
- Knowledge of related technical principles.
- High enthusiasm, strong learning ability, and high emotional perception.
- Ability to commit at least 6 months, minimum 3 days per week.

Who may apply
Current University students and recent graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, minimum 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the research and implementation of algorithms in the fields of document OCR, image quality assessment, LLM AI agent, etc.
- Involve in KYB/KYC business metrics analysis, related document OCR/document analysis algorithm implementation, performance evaluation, and data acquisition based on our application scenarios.
- Involve in image/document analysis related to anti-money laundry (AML) or fraud detection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with ongoing Master’s degree or Ph.D study majoring in computer science, data science, or other highly related areas, focusing research on LLM, CV, image processing, machine learning etc.
- Passionate about AI with a clear understanding of AI-related applications (including LLM, AI Agent, OCR , etc.) and knowledge of related technical principles.
- High enthusiasm, strong learning ability, and high emotional perception.
