We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a clinic-based setting in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing supervision of behavior intervention programs for clients and their families. Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, managing caseloads, supervising RBTs, collaborating with treatment teams, and providing caregiver training.
Must Have:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments utilizing tools such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, and Vineland
  • Manage an assigned caseload by developing individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement skill acquisition, social skills, and behavior reduction programs
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in alignment with BACB guidelines
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care
  • Complete documentation accurately and on schedule, maintaining compliance with clinical and electronic health record (EHR) standards
  • Coordinate care and communicate with families, schools, and other providers
  • Deliver caregiver training to help families generalize ABA strategies at home
  • Stay current with developments in ABA research and maintain active certification

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a clinic-based setting. The BCBA will support individual clients and their families through comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing supervision of behavior intervention programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments utilizing tools such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, and Vineland
  • Manage an assigned caseload by:
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Designing and implementing skill acquisition, social skills, and behavior reduction programs
  • Creating goals to promote adaptive life skills
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in alignment with BACB guidelines
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care
  • Participate in regular team meetings (weekly or bi-weekly) to review progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Complete documentation accurately and on schedule, maintaining compliance with clinical and electronic health record (EHR) standards
  • Coordinate care and communicate with families, schools, and other providers to support consistency across environments
  • Deliver caregiver training to help families generalize ABA strategies at home
  • Stay current with developments in ABA research and maintain active certification through ongoing continuing education
