Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (non-IT) for an exciting contract to hire scenario. The role involves creating process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions. The analyst will prepare documentation, gather requirements, and ensure process improvements align with business goals. Key requirements include 3+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience, proficiency in Visio and SOP creation tools, and experience in Revenue Cycle in healthcare.

Must Have:
- Create process flow diagrams, SOPs, and manuals.

- Assess process performance and identify gaps.
- Possess 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Proficiency in Visio, Scribe, or Microsoft Word for SOPs.
- Demonstrate independent work, curiosity, follow-through, and critical thinking.
- Have experience in Revenue Cycle in healthcare.

- Creating process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Prepares documentation of current and desired state.
- Work with various teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure process improvements are aligned with business goals.
- Role demands ability to assess process performance, identify and articulate gaps, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with swimlane process flows and SOP creation and editing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of hands on Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Scribe is a plus.
- Hands on experience with Visio, SOP creation and maintenance in Scribe or Microsoft Word, ability to work independently with guidance/objectives
- Must have curiosity, follow-through, critical thinking skills
- Experience in Revenue Cycle in healthcare
