The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the crypto industry. This role involves building relationships, developing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and providing market insights. Responsibilities include building relationships with local KOLs, planning and executing marketing activities, designing tailored campaigns, localizing global marketing campaigns, expanding the user base, and analyzing campaign metrics.

Must Have:- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Experience building large affiliate networks
- Project management skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency space
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish
