Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is resourceful, persuasive, and committed to delivering exceptional value. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings for the sales team, updating CRM records, collaborating with marketing and sales on outreach strategies, representing the company at industry events, and providing market feedback. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage potential business leads through outreach and networking

  • Qualify incoming prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team

  • Maintain and update records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies

  • Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to represent the company

  • Provide market feedback and insights to enhance our offerings and strategies

Qualifications
