The Business Marketing Manager for LATAM, Image Guided Therapy, will coordinate go-to-market strategies for a range of products, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals. This includes developing marketing plans, providing market insights, managing the product portfolio (launch, lifecycle, and pricing), and supporting sales enablement through the localization of global assets and content. The role involves driving customer satisfaction and collaborating with various teams. The job requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry with a customer-focused approach. This is an office role.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial marketing within the Healthcare industry
  • Experience with market insights, business development, and Go-to-market strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or healthcare-related fields.
  • Strong customer focus, effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Availability to travel across the LATAM Region.
Good to have:
  • Experience with hybrid operating rooms, hemodynamics and angiography.

Business Marketing Manager LATAM, Image Guided Therapy
Responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for a complex portfolio of products, solutions, and services, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives to drive sustainable market growth.

Your role:

  • Marketing Plan and Execution: Provide insights (business and competitive insights, audience and personas pains and needs) into Health Systems Marketing Plan, including input for engagement strategy, content, and campaign programs (reputation, demand generation (incl. for Install Base, Cross- and Upsell), loyalty and sales enablement) in collaborations with HS Engagement Strategy and ensure focus on end-of-life. Drive the Customer’s Audience/Personas based approach and Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan. Translating and aligning Marketing Plan with the BMC plans to achieve overall portfolio goals. Provide Market, Customer and Competitor Insights and Trends, and Usage and Attitude Insights regularly to the Business (i.e., how do they change according to changing/evolving ecosystem)
  • Perfect NPI and Portfolio Management: Reviewing the value proposition and global plans/roadmaps in the product development phase. Localize value propositions and global roadmaps (for the Local Launch Brief). Responsible for forming the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch (incl. identification of target Customer/Audience/Personas) in line with the global strategy and the overall business and marketing strategy. Responsible for Country Target Price setting (CTP) and promotion pricing (without ownership of deal pricing). Define goals for the IGT portfolio of product solutions and services and managing performance and lifecycle management (phase-in and phase out management) in alignment with Market and Marketing Strategy and BMC plans. Drive customer satisfaction for their assigned audiences, including Customer NPS
  • Marketing Enablers for Sales: Support adoption and localization (as/if needed) of global assets and content for the sales teams, in close collaboration with Marketing operations, to have them matching with local Customer/Audience/Personas Customer Decision Journey. Align sales collateral for campaign and programs. Ensures localization of the product details pages. Define guidance on how to collect proof-point in accordance with the claim’s strategy. Identify and prioritize Key Opinion Leader for portfolios, driving KOL engagement (in collaboration with Clinical Leader, Clinical Scientist and in alignment with Marketing Ops & Planning). Portfolio positioning strategy: understand the sales cycles along Customer Decision Journey, evaluate the different sales strategies, and understand how to improve conversion rates by strengthening positioning of the portfolio.

 

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired 7+ years of experience in commercial marketing role within the Healthcare industry, including experience with Market insights, business development and Go-to-market strategies.  Experience with hybrid operating rooms, hemodynamics and angiography is a plus.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or healthcare-related careers.
  • Your skills include strong customer focus, effective communication and interpersonal skills, influence and negotiation ability and consultive approach to sales.
  • You are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Availability to travel across the LATAM Region.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
