As a Business Operations Lead, you will have a broad mandate and play a critical role in driving Harvey’s growth. Your scope will include driving high-impact initiatives, shaping strategic decision-making, and facilitating the rhythm of the business. This role will be the second individual contributor on the team and report to Harvey’s Chief Business Officer, collaborating closely with senior company leaders and cross-functional teammates across the business (e.g., GTM, RevOps, Product, Finance, Analytics). This role offers the opportunity to remain broad or deepen into a specialization over time.
