Ninja Van is seeking a Business Team Leader for FMCG in Dong Nai. This role involves managing a sales team to achieve targets, monitoring daily performance, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions. The leader will also ensure team activities align with company goals, maintain strong customer relationships, and effectively communicate marketing programs. Candidates should have at least 3 years of FMCG sales experience and 1 year in a leadership role, along with strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Must Have:- Manage team to achieve sales and GM targets
- Monitor daily performance, identify barriers, and propose solutions to the sales manager
- Accompany and check team activities, ensuring regular customer visits and good relationships
- Ensure customers are aware of company marketing programs and propose ideas to attract customers
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG or other sales roles working with retailers/stores/distributors
- 1+ year of experience in a related position (team leader or supervisor)
- College degree in related fields
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Team management, coaching, and motivation skills
