Job Description

We are looking for a Campaign Manager in Bogotá, Colombia, with over 2 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, ensuring objective achievement, accurate tracking, reporting, and billing closure. Responsibilities include daily campaign monitoring, report creation, insight generation, and quality checks, along with ensuring compliance with company processes and policies.
Must have:
  • Implement and daily monitor paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create campaign implementation and tracking reports.
  • Generate insights to enhance campaign performance.
  • Prepare accurate month-end billing closures.
  • Control and optimize digital campaigns on platforms.
  • Verify materials and documentation for digital campaigns.
  • Perform quality checks (QA) on digital campaigns.
  • Provide technical support to the planning team as needed.
  • Execute billing closure processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Knowledge of campaign nomenclature and UTMs construction.
  • Advanced knowledge of on-page optimization techniques (meta tags, headers, content, URLs).
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics for detailed reporting.

Overview

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Campaign Manager with more than 2 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on implementing and optimizing paid campaigns on digital platforms, ensuring the achievement of objectives and precision in tracking, reporting, and billing closure.

Responsibilities

  • Implement paid campaigns on different platforms and perform daily monitoring of them regarding objectives and investment.
  • Create implementation and tracking reports for campaigns.
  • Generate insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare actual month-end closures.
  • Control and optimize campaigns on digital platforms.
  • Verify materials and documentation related to digital campaigns.
  • Perform quality checks (QA) on digital campaigns.
  • Technically support the planning team when required.
  • Perform billing closure.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in handling platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn, among others, as well as knowledge in building campaign nomenclatures and favorably UTMs.
  • Advanced knowledge of on-page optimization techniques, including the optimization of meta tags, headers, content, and URL structure.
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics for generating detailed reports.
