Job Description

We are seeking a Campaign Manager for a hybrid position in San Bruno, California. In this role, you will be a key driver of our client’s innovative advertising solutions—planning, executing, and optimizing omnichannel campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and maximize revenue opportunities across both managed-service and self-service environments.
Must have:
  • Strategically plan and execute campaigns, serving as a consultative expert in both managed and self-service environments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation.
  • Participate in client and agency discussions, offering insights on media tactics, audience strategies, and ad serving platforms.
  • Demonstrate proficiency across various media types, including paid search, programmatic display, social media, and more.
  • Align client objectives with the purchase funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to develop strategic, data-driven media proposals.
  • Lead and engage in strategic initiatives that impact campaign management and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide insights and optimization recommendations during regular internal and external meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental revenue in collaboration with Sales.
  • Partner with Media Insights for campaign measurement and insights.
  • Adhere to best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring high-quality launches.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external teams, collaborating cross-functionally to manage campaigns in various ad technology environments.

Campaign Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
  • In-depth understanding of digital media metrics and the ability to analyze and optimize them.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a proactive approach to risk identification and solution development.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments, coupled with strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.
