A specialized staffing and talent solutions company helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring for a fully remote opportunity. This is a 10-month contract role with potential to convert to permanent.
In this role, you will lead the brand development for a new subsidiary of our client, a leading company in their industry. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s identity to align with strategic business goals. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand strategy, market analysis, and creative development. You’ll work cross-functionally to build, communicate, and embed a cohesive brand across all touchpoints.
This contract includes weekly pay on a W2 basis for a 40-hour work week, with benefits offered through the staffing company. While the role is fully remote, 10% travel may be required each quarter and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders and the brand consultant to define the brand's vision, mission, and values.
- Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition and messaging framework tailored to target audiences.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and ensure alignment on brand direction.
- Create and manage the execution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Develop visual identity elements that align with the brand's strategic positioning.
- Initiate employee training and engagement programs to foster internal brand adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to seamlessly integrate brand messaging into marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Craft website content, including the About Us and Homepage sections, for SpinCo.
- Provide strategic recommendations for brand adjustments based on market trends and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, ideally within B2B settings.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies that contribute to business growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in brand management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
