Marketing Project Manager

We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager for a remote opportunity based in Virginia. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with a client that provides credit ratings, market intelligence, and commodity insights.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams. You will play a key role as the primary point of contact between the Brand Consultancy Team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on 360 marketing project goals.

Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between the Brand Consultancy Team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on 360 marketing project goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Schedule project/status meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, deliverables, and any challenges encountered.

Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in project management within branding, marketing, or creative industries.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smart Sheet, Microsoft Teams, Work Front).
