Marketing Project Manager

We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity in North Chicago, Illinois. This is a 12-month+ contract position with a leading biopharmaceutical company.

In this role, you’ll join the Business Services Group (BSG) Account Team to deliver creative and communications solutions across a range of initiatives, including Disease State Awareness Campaigns, Product Launches, Sales Support, Training Materials, Events, and Corporate Communications. The role requires working onsite three days per week.

Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creative conceptualization process by providing complete project scope to the Creative Team.

• Manage execution of project plans and timelines to meet project deadlines.

• Responsible for estimates, quotes, and invoice projects monthly.

• Communicate project, budgetary, resource, or quality challenges and concerns with Clients and Key Stakeholders.

Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:

• BA/BS required. Emphasis in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or Business.

• 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Project or Account Manager.

• Experience in a Creative Agency or Meeting/Event Planning environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Working knowledge of InDesign is a plus (preferred).
