This role is for an Overseas User Operations specialist focusing on card games. The primary responsibilities include developing internal promotion plans and creating content for game versions, managing social media and community content, and coordinating with publishing teams for marketing efforts. The specialist will also build and manage core player communities, implement tiered engagement strategies, and monitor online public opinion to provide feedback to the R&D team. Candidates should have over 3 years of player operations experience, a passion for games, and an understanding of overseas community platforms and user behavior. Strong writing, communication, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.

Job Details

Job Description

1. Based on game version content, formulate internal promotion plans and produce corresponding copy, ensuring the promotional reputation of product content and being responsible for implementation results.

2. Responsible for game social media/community content operations, planning community strategies according to game product milestones, closely cooperating with the publishing team, and coordinating resources from various departments to support content promotion, marketing, and other matters.

3. Collaborate with publishing operations to build core player communities (external groups), formulate tiered operation strategies, and enhance player sense of belonging and activity.

4. Responsible for daily online public opinion monitoring, handling, and review, establishing and maintaining two-way feedback between R&D and users, and providing judgment support for various operation strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, over 3 years of player operations experience, passionate about games, and understanding of overseas community platforms and user habits.

2. Overseas publishing experience, foreign language reading and writing skills, and project launch experience are preferred.

3. Possess strong writing skills, proficient in community content, and have a certain aesthetic ability.

4. Possess a strong sense of ownership, able to solve problems in a results-oriented manner, proactive and pioneering, responsible, and without procrastination.

5. Possess strong collaboration and communication skills, calm and composed in situations, and emotionally stable.
