This role is for a Channel Trade Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing channel strategies and key account plans based on brand and sales targets. The manager will evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead marketing activities and strategic projects. Key responsibilities include tracking project execution, managing GTN investments, and optimizing budget use. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Medical companies, and strong knowledge of trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must Have:- Formulate and follow up on key account plans based on channel and brand strategies, and sales targets.
- Evaluate and optimize business situations, explore business opportunities, and support sales growth.
- Lead key account channel strategy development and execution, including activity planning and annual agreement strategic project cooperation.
- Regularly track and review channel marketing activities and projects, making timely adjustments.
- Formulate and execute GTN investment strategy and non-NKA customer Selling P budget use.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields.
- 5+ years working experience in MNC, Top FMCG/Medical companies.
- Knowledgeable in trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
