Job Description

This role is for a Channel Trade Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing channel strategies and key account plans based on brand and sales targets. The manager will evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead marketing activities and strategic projects. Key responsibilities include tracking project execution, managing GTN investments, and optimizing budget use. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Medical companies, and strong knowledge of trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must have:
  • Formulate and follow up on key account plans based on channel and brand strategies, and sales targets.
  • Evaluate and optimize business situations, explore business opportunities, and support sales growth.
  • Lead key account channel strategy development and execution, including activity planning and annual agreement strategic project cooperation.
  • Regularly track and review channel marketing activities and projects, making timely adjustments.
  • Formulate and execute GTN investment strategy and non-NKA customer Selling P budget use.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5+ years working experience in MNC, Top FMCG/Medical companies.
  • Knowledgeable in trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Details

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Based on channel strategy, brand strategy, and sales targets, formulate and follow up on key account plans to ensure strategic growth and reasonable resource allocation.
  • According to actual business conditions, timely evaluate and optimize, explore business opportunities, and support sales business growth.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of key account channel strategies, including activity planning, execution, and annual agreement strategic project cooperation and execution, to achieve company goals and regional market strategies.
  • Regularly track and review the execution of channel marketing activities and projects, making timely adjustments to ensure the effectiveness of project resource execution.
  • Formulate and execute GTN investment strategy and the reasonable use of non-NKA customer Selling P budget to ensure reasonable return on investment.

Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies):

  • Bachelor’s degree & above major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields are preferred
  • 5 years+ working experience in MNC, Top FMCG/Medical companies, Trade marketing experience is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to influence decision-making, drive alignment on business plans, and manage relationships.
