CJ PC&L Team Leader
Job Description
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Develop and manage production plans that accurately reflect customer demand and plant capacity.
- Control, monitor, and optimize material flow to prevent shortages, bottlenecks, or excess inventory.
- Lead warehouse operations, including layout optimization, storage, and material handling.
- Manage distribution activities to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to customers.
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain and logistics efficiency, focusing on cost competitiveness and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, delivery performance, logistics cost, and take corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer teams to align operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, EHS regulations, and customer requirements.
- Develop, mentor, and manage the PC&L team to build strong functional capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, warehouse management, and distribution systems.
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
