Job Description

This role involves developing and managing production plans, controlling material flow, and leading warehouse and distribution operations. The team leader will drive continuous improvements, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, with 8-12 years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain management, possessing strong knowledge of relevant systems and excellent leadership skills.

Must Have:
  • Develop and manage production plans that accurately reflect customer demand and plant capacity.
  • Control, monitor, and optimize material flow to prevent shortages, bottlenecks, or excess inventory.
  • Lead warehouse operations, including layout optimization, storage, and material handling.
  • Manage distribution activities to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to customers.
  • Drive continuous improvements in supply chain and logistics efficiency, focusing on cost competitiveness and service quality.
  • Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, delivery performance, logistics cost, and take corrective actions when required.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer teams to align operational priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, EHS regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Develop, mentor, and manage the PC&L team to build strong functional capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, warehouse management, and distribution systems.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
