Clerk (m/f/d) Internal Sales Spare Parts Sales

How will you make a difference?

• Support external and internal customers in the procurement of spare parts for Wabtec products
• Independent calculation of parts and assemblies and creation of price lists
• Independent offer creation and proactive follow-up (application of specific programs/tools)
• Collaboration with Key Account Manager KAM, order processing, engineering, procurement/purchasing, Wabtec branches (supplier plants)
• Creation/maintenance of spare part price lists in ERP/databases
• Preparation/support for framework agreements
• Analysis of customer and offer data
• Collaboration with Wabtec-OEM product lines (offer preparation for spare part prices)

• Commercial vocational qualification
• Desirable professional experience with specialist knowledge in the commercial field
• Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office package
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, other languages an advantage
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working, "number sense"
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, confident demeanor
• High communication skills
• High customer focus and service-oriented attitude
