What you will do
- Own the lifecycle of customer-reported defects — replicate issues locally, build test cases, report to internal stakeholders (including R&D), explore workarounds, collaborate with engineering on fixes, perform QA, and schedule delivery to customers.
- Provide expert advice on Calypso product usage and configuration, share known resolutions, and manage client replication environments in the Nasdaq support lab.
- Work closely with partners and internal teams such as Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure effective issue resolution and product improvement.
- Continuously learn new features, share insights with team members, and advocate for product enhancements to improve customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes that improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
What Will you need:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in software support, implementation, QA, or IT/Finance systems, with direct client interaction.
- Good understanding of capital market products (e.g. FX, FXD, IRD, Bonds, Liquidity/Treasury), pricing, valuations, and position management.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies like Jira, SQL, Excel (formulas), system installation, and log analysis.
- Determined, quick learner, and effective team player.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).
