Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will optimize costs in EMEA Electrical Distribution System plants, standardize sales operations processes, and increase synergies across customers. Key responsibilities include calculating pricing, tracking profitability and revenue, supporting new business quotations, monitoring sales performance, identifying process improvements, and managing SAP-specific commercial activities.

Must Have:
  • Calculate continuous pricing levels based on formulas.
  • Track profitability and revenue growth with Sales Account Manager.
  • Support Sales Account Manager with Engineering Change and new business quotations.
  • Monitor key sales and business performance indicators and trends.
  • Identify sales process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Support Program Quote by understanding cost and calculating price.
  • Handle various ad-hoc requests from Sales Account Manager.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and update aftersales business contractual data.
  • Harmonize activities between CCC and CSC regarding SAP customer specificities.
  • Create special sales orders in SAP per request.
  • Update and follow up spot orders tracker.
  • Support other Commercial Account activities in SAP.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or master’s degree in management or Industrial Engineering.
  • Possess 1-3 years’ experience in business or data analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong results orientation.
  • Exhibit exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.

Sales Operations Analyst

Your Role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will contribute to optimize costs within the Electrical Distribution System plants based on EMEA region while ensuring a standardization of sales operations processes across OEMs and increasing synergies across customers.

  • Calculate the pricing levels on a continuous basis on the account according to price formulas defined by the Sales Account Manager.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager in tracking profitability and revenue growth in the product line.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager with Engineering Change, new business quotations and tracking data for new/running business.
  • Monitor key sales and business performance indicators and trends to support on driving strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency (look for digitalization initiatives).
  • Support Program Quote: understand cost and calculate price according to model.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager with various ad-hoc requests.
  • Consolidate aftersales business contractual data, analyze data impact, maintain and update information regularly and bridge with Sales Team.
  • Support and harmonize activities between Central Commercial Competence Center (CCC) and Customer Service Centers (CSC) in regards Customer specificities SAP SPECIFIC.
  • Create special sales orders for multiple Customers in SAP per request and according to the defined process.
  • Update and follow up spot orders tracker.
  • Support other Commercial Account activities in SAP.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in management, or Industrial Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic preferable).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in business / data analysis.
  • Strong capabilities in IT skills and knowledge of the MS Office programs particularly MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • SAP and BI tools experience desired.
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated achievements.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
