The Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant supports the creation, development, and delivery of virtual and in-person education for General Imaging Ultrasound. Responsibilities include transferring complex clinical and technical concepts into training content, ensuring consistent customer training experiences, and adapting deliverables based on market trends and evolving needs. The consultant serves as a subject matter expert in education and training for customers, requiring approximately 75% travel.
Good To Have:

  • Experience with online/classroom teaching.
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree in medical sonography.
  • RVT certification.
Must Have:
  • Transfer complex clinical and technical concepts into virtual and in-person training content.
  • Ensure Philips customers receive consistent training experience including supporting installations and upgrade education and training.
  • Adjust deliverables and processes based on changing market trends, evolving customer needs, changes in products and varying educational needs.
  • Serve as the SME in all areas of education and training to customers.
  • 2+ years experience as a fully registered CV sonographer, scanning in a hospital setting.
  • Current RDCS registry required.
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements.
  • Exemplary communication skills including written, verbal, presentations, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with internal stakeholders like learning program managers, subject matter experts, and peers.
  • Must be able to travel 75%+ including overnights.

Job Description

The Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant is responsible for supporting the creation, development, and delivery of virtual and in person-classroom education for our General Imaging Ultrasound business.

Anticipated travel requirement is approximately 75% but maybe more during peak delivery times. (overnights and some travel over the weekends)

Your role:

  • Transfer complex clinical and technical concepts into virtual and in-person training content.
  • Ensure Philips customers receive consistent training experience including supporting installations and upgrade education and training
  • Adjust deliverables and processes based on changing market trends, evolving customer needs, changes in products and varying external and internal educational needs.
  • Serve at the SME in all areas of education and training to our customers.

You're the right fit if:

  • 2+ years experience as a fully registered CV sonographer, scanning in a hospital setting. (Peds and Structural Heart experience are preferred)
  • Your skills include experience with precepting, training, and educating others on clinical and technical CV sonography. Experience with online/classroom teaching is preferred.
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree in medical sonography preferred with a current RDCS registry required. RVT preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
  • Must have exemplary communication skills including written, verbal, presentations, and interpersonal skills- Including the ability to interact with internal stake holders like learning program managers, subject matter experts, and peers as part of an interdisciplinary team.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in-the-field role. Must be able to travel 75%+ including overnights.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $83,363.00 to $133,380.00

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $87,750.00 to $140,400.00.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $92,138.00 to $147,420.00.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $98,280.00 to $157,248.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in the West Region of the US. Our preferred markets would be San Diego or Seattle. Must be near a major airport to support the travel requirements of the role.
