This role seeks a hands-on Commercial Operations Supervisor to lead a team supporting internal sales customers globally. The supervisor will accelerate the opportunity-to-revenue cycle by ensuring speed, efficiency, and accuracy in the sales process. Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and inspiring the Doc Support team to meet SLAs, recruiting talent, optimizing processes, analyzing performance metrics, and building strong relationships with Sales and Operations partners. Must have:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Doc Support team to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Recruit top talent and create clear pathways for career advancement and promotion within the team.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics to generate actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Sales and Operations.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in sales support or deal operations.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex process challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
