Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking Imaging Specialists for its Boyer’s Commercial Imaging Center. This role involves image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in a digital studio. Specialists will ensure high-quality images and data processing, adhering to established policies and customer specifications. The position requires sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, completing documentation, indexing key data, and maintaining a clean work environment. It's a full-time, onsite role focused on making a positive impact for customers and the planet.
Must Have:
  • Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image
  • Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking
  • Index Key Data into multiple software applications
  • Print Document Control Sheets for all records
  • Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
  • Minimum requirement of High School Diploma and or equivalent
  • Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding the importance of detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Our Boyer’s Commercial Imaging Center is looking for Imaging Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.

Our Imaging Specialists are responsible for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in the digital studio space. In addition to following the policies and procedures established within the imaging center and in compliance with the customers specifications, candidates will ensure all images and data received the utmost quality, care, and professionalism during processing.

  • Pay: $16.20/hr Paid Bi-Weekly via Direct Deposit
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, Flex Start btw. 3-3:30 PM, 8 Hour Shift Scheduling

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image
  • Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking
  • Index Key Data into multiple software applications
  • Print Document Control Sheets for all records
  • Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
  • Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum requirement of High School Diploma and or equivalent
  • Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
