Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. This role focuses on aggressively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. It is a hunter sales role with no accounts provided, requiring the development and execution of strategic sales plans, in-depth research on prospects, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Must Have:
  • Proactively hunt, identify, prospect, and engage potential new clients across target markets and industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to tailor solutions that address their unique business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on hunting new business.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
