Must have:
  • Create and maintain content grid aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify insights and propose improvements for social media channels.
  • Understand and comprehend audience behavior metrics on assigned social media accounts.
  • Collaborate in the development of social media content strategies.
  • Support in covering external events like concerts, launches, and festivals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and new practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge in using Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later.
  • Skill in handling graphic design and video editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
  • Management of social media analytics and data tools.
  • Experience in creating real-time social media content.
  • Knowledge of the latest social media trends.
  • Ability to adapt global content to a local context.

Overview

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Community Manager with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on managing and optimizing the presence of various accounts on social networks.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a content grid aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify insights and propose improvements for social media channels, as well as detect and adapt valuable social media content for accounts.
  • Understand and comprehend audience behavior metrics on the assigned accounts' social media.
  • Collaborate in the development of social media content strategies that support campaigns, events, and launches.
  • Support when required in covering external events such as concerts, launches, and festivals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and new practices to continuously innovate and propose ways to encourage the presence of assigned accounts on social media.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, as well as knowledge in using Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, related to their area of performance.
  • Skill and knowledge in handling graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
  • Management of social media analytics and Data tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Experience in creating real-time social media content.
  • Knowledge of the latest social media trends.
  • Ability to adapt global content to a local context.
  • Intermediate English level (desirable).
