2. Formulate the company's medium and short-term incentives, multi-business line bonus incentive plans, etc., and be responsible for the full implementation of the incentive plans;
3. Responsible for compensation analysis related work, promoting the adjustment and implementation of compensation plans;
4. Responsible for researching and tracking changes in market compensation data, referring to company business and internal data, and providing analysis reports.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits;
2. Proficient in compensation module methodology, with systematic thinking ability, good at systematic problem-solving;
3. Excellent macro planning ability, overall coordination ability, and policy formulation ability, capable of systematically solving problems;
4. Strong logical thinking ability, good numerical sensitivity, good at data analysis, and strong project management experience;
5. Experience in human resources consulting firms or internet companies is preferred.
