Job Description

You will join TransUnion's CRM program to expand the Salesforce platform globally for Sales and Services users. You will collaborate with Salesforce Business Leads and Enterprise Architecture to define the platform's vision, integration with backend systems, and successful management. The role involves ensuring operating model adherence and supporting the business user community. You will evolve platform functionality for Customer Operations, bringing expertise to the development team's operating model and guiding the business on Salesforce capabilities.
Good To Have:
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in CPQ development and implementation, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ platforms such as Apttus, Oracle CPQ, or PROS.
  • Design and develop scalable CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows within the CPQ platform.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CPQ system by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Experience in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Work closely with the Business team to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other developers and architects to design and implement CPQ enhancements and integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
