Job Description & Summary

We are a strategic consulting team supporting the transformation of companies in strategic areas. We conduct projects for clients from various industries both in Poland and throughout the CEE region, focusing, among others, on: retail and consumer goods, the healthcare market, operational excellence in leading manufacturing enterprises and the most dynamic technology companies. We help clients make strategic decisions and support them in operational processes. Our team is part of the global Strategy& team consisting of 3,000 strategic consultants.

As part of the Strategy& team, you will be part of project teams, working directly with the management boards of dynamic companies, synthesizing various data from analyses, research, industry interviews and brainstorming sessions to build recommendations tailored to client needs on the largest strategic and transformational projects in Poland, the CEE region and globally.

Your future role:

• Participation in building project recommendations for development, sales and marketing strategies, restructuring and reorganization of enterprises, transactional support projects (due diligence, PMI, VCP) and support in achieving operational excellence for our clients.
• Ongoing contact and daily cooperation with the project team and our clients' management.
• Support in the implementation of strategic consulting project modules carried out for clients from various sectors in Poland and other European countries.
• Responsibility for preparing analyses and creating and verifying hypotheses.
• Creating storyline and presentation flow using the Hypothesis Based Problem Solving framework.
• Real impact on the development of Strategy& in Poland, e.g., through participation in Business Development initiatives, creating sales offers, participating in events promoting Strategy&.
• Support for other team members working within a common project area.

Apply if:

• You have 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, consulting firm experience is welcome.
• You have a higher economic or technical education (preferred fields: economics, management, finance, quantitative methods, mathematics, physics).
• You are fluent in English and Polish.
• You like solving non-trivial business problems.
• You have excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
• You can communicate clearly and effectively with experienced professionals at board level.
• You can manage your time and prioritize tasks.
