JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Content Creator Assistant, you will contribute to the development, review, and dissemination of educational content for the UDO data academy. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who wish to gain practical experience in content creation, digital communication, and online learning environments.

Your role will be to work within the team. Our mission is to strengthen data literacy and analytical skills of learners through comprehensive educational resources and practical training. We strive to offer engaging content and concrete experiences to Ubisoft employees.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and accurate educational materials
• Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading written content for courses, blog articles, and newsletters
• Contribute to the design and creation of visual elements (infographics, presentation slides, short and long videos) to enrich educational resources
• Plan and publish content on various platforms under supervision
• Conduct basic research to support content development
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative ideas for new content formats and topics
• Monitor content performance and prepare simple reports as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Education, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field, who needs to complete an internship as part of their studies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic understanding of content creation tools (PowerPoint, Miro, Figma, generative AI)
• Strong interest in data and education
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Asset: experience with e-learning design tools (e.g., Rise, TeachUp)
