This role involves transforming analytics into engaging short-form videos (9:16) to drive app installs for games like CodyCross, Stop, and Everyday Puzzles. The analyst will connect platform data to creative hypotheses, execute on-camera, and iterate based on performance. Key responsibilities include owning weekly ad packs, appearing on camera as talent, writing platform-native copy, engaging with comments, partnering with UA for testing, localizing content, and staying updated on platform best practices.
Good To Have:
  • Fluency in word/puzzle gaming (gameplay capture + face-cam).
  • Multi-language copy instincts, basic motion graphics, and comfort hosting quick lives/AMAs.
Must Have:
  • Social media analyst training (or equivalent) to instrument tests, read retention curves, and turn insights into specific creative changes.
  • On-camera comfort and short-form craft (hooks, pacing, captions, sound) with a portfolio of self-shot/edited vertical work.
  • Proficiency in CapCut or similar, Premiere/DaVinci, and basic publishing on TikTok/Meta/YouTube.

Turn analytics into thumb-stopping 9:16 short-form videos that drive installs for CodyCross, Stop, and Everyday Puzzles. You’ll connect platform data → creative hypothesis → on-camera execution → iteration.

What you’ll do

  • Own weekly ad packs: concept, script, film (self + colleagues), edit, and deliver 3–5 short videos (30–60s) for TikTok/Reels/Shorts with quick variants for A/B tests.
  • Be both analyst and talent: pull learnings (hooks, retention dips, sound performance) and appear on camera to validate the next creative hypothesis.
  • Write the words: captions, on-screen copy, and post texts tailored to each platform’s best practices (fast hook, clear CTA, native tone).
  • Reply & amplify: turn comments into content (incl. video replies) to fuel engagement and new angles.
  • Partner with UA: tag assets, propose tests, and read results against IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS; kill losers fast, scale winners.
  • Localize smartly: coordinate captions/VO and trend tweaks for our nine languages; prioritize formats that travel.
  • Stay platform-native: follow TikTok Creative Codes, Meta Reels guidance, and YouTube Shorts ads best practices.

Must-haves

  • Social media analyst training (or equivalent): you can instrument tests, read retention curves, and turn insights into specific creative changes.

  • Scale signal: winners that hold ROAS when spend increases (i.e., not just cheap clicks).
