The analyst will connect platform data to creative hypotheses, execute on-camera, and iterate based on performance. Key responsibilities include owning weekly ad packs, appearing on camera as talent, writing platform-native copy, engaging with comments, partnering with UA for testing, localizing content, and staying updated on platform best practices.
Good To Have:- Fluency in word/puzzle gaming (gameplay capture + face-cam).
- Multi-language copy instincts, basic motion graphics, and comfort hosting quick lives/AMAs.
Must Have:- Social media analyst training (or equivalent) to instrument tests, read retention curves, and turn insights into specific creative changes.
- On-camera comfort and short-form craft (hooks, pacing, captions, sound) with a portfolio of self-shot/edited vertical work.
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar, Premiere/DaVinci, and basic publishing on TikTok/Meta/YouTube.
