Considering the importance of this role, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes: 1. Attention to detail: Content Moderators need to carefully review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines. 2. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in Hindi & English to effectively moderate content, communicate with users, and understand context during live video sessions. 3. Problem-solving abilities: The ability to handle challenging situations and make fair decisions is crucial for maintaining a healthy online community. 4. Work in Shifts: As live video sessions may run 24/7, the moderator may need to work in shifts to provide continuous coverage. 5. Team player: The Content Moderator will work closely with other team members, including our User Support and UGC teams, to address issues promptly and collaboratively. 6. Tech-savviness: Basic proficiency in using online tools and platforms is essential to efficiently navigate and moderate content on our website.
