Job Description

1. Responsible for the domestic content ecosystem of "AFK Journey", including the management and operation of creator recruitment/training/maintenance, coordinating with release nodes for promotion, effectively promoting content supply and consumption through operational means, and achieving data growth in production scale.

2. Based on product features and player needs, through operational data analysis, extract effective content optimization directions, discover and provide insights into popular content, continuously iterate content production mechanisms, and create high-quality content.

3. According to the platform's ecosystem situation, formulate corresponding ecosystem plans, independently lead platform creator activities, follow up and control the planning and execution of creator incubation, and coordinate and utilize various resources to ensure the work is implemented.

Job Requirements

1. 1-3 years of experience in game content ecosystem operations, creator operations, or platform-side game vertical operations, with a preference for experience in idle card game projects.

2. Familiar with the content distribution mechanisms and rules of mainstream domestic platforms, familiar with the overall framework of creator operations, possessing strong content insight and control capabilities, good at catching hot spots, with a preference for experience in viral content operations, Douyin/Bilibili operations.

3. Familiar with ecosystem operations at various stages of the game lifecycle, with a comprehensive and systematic business understanding, personal methodology for ecosystem management, and good at effectively incentivizing and managing creators inside and outside the ecosystem.

4. Familiar with card-based ACG games, with a deep understanding of relevant game communities and player groups.

5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, good at teamwork, strong logical thinking ability, and strong communication skills.
