About the opportunity
As a Content Marketing Operations specialist, you will take care of e-commerce product creation, management and effective communications with vendors who sell at Eneba. You will also collaborate with the team and/or XFNs on content-related projects and ad-hoc requests. The opportunity is about timely, precise & efficient task management and mastering the functions of our own CMS. We want to strengthen our team with a capable and eager-to-grow individual who has a keen eye for detail and is ready to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce product management.
Responsibilities
- E-commerce Product Management & Maintenance: Efficiently handle daily product creation & management requests through a Content Management System, coordinating product launches with XFN teams & ensuring all product information is accurately and timely uploaded onto the website, as well as take ownership of tracking needed updates based on internal and external factors.
- Communication with Vendors: Promptly and timely handle all vendor communication regarding product requests, edits and other tasks, as well as manage monthly vendor newsletters.
- Support in Content Quality Improvement: Provide key support to Customer Support & other XFN teams regarding product maintenance and editing.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with SEO, Content, and other marketing teams to implement and enforce content & product quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- E-commerce or similar experience (less than 1 year): Experience in working in an e-commerce environment and/or data-entry positions with a strong ability to maintain a consistent workflow.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying and rectifying errors and inconsistencies.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to effectively prioritise and manage tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, both independently and within a team framework.
- Process-Oriented Approach: A methodical mindset geared towards systematic and step-by-step execution of assigned tasks.
- Industry Insight: Interest in and understanding of the marketing and gaming industries, with keen insight into current market trends and product formats.

- Self-Learning Approach: A self-motivated individual eager to continuously acquire and develop domain-specific knowledge in line with evolving business goals.
- Initiative and Creativity: Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and adept at conceptualizing innovative ideas to enhance the team's operational efficiency.
- Video Game Knowledge: Familiarity with or keen interest in video game product formats and types.
Gross salary: 25000-29000
- we’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.we’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
