POSITION

Drama Pops is a fast-growing short-form drama platform, delivering addictive romance and drama stories to a global audience. We specialize in vertical dramas with high engagement, cliffhangers, and compelling storytelling.

We’re looking for a Content Operations Specialist who’s passionate about digital content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is always thinking about how to make things better. In this role, you’ll ensure content is perfectly delivered, work across internal and external teams to keep everything running smoothly, and craft push notifications that boost user engagement.

‍WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

·  Oversee content deliveries from third parties, verifying they are complete, accurate, and correctly organized.

·  Assist in content scheduling and publishing, ensuring timely releases and optimal audience engagement.

·  Serve as a liaison between the legal department and third parties (writers, production companies, etc.), ensuring seamless collection of all necessary documents.

·  Conduct competitive research on industry-leading apps to identify key trends, best practices, and strategic opportunities.

·  Develop and refine push notifications to enhance user engagement and retention.

·  Facilitate interdepartmental communication, collaborating with Product, Design, AI, Marketing, and Legal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

·   Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple content pieces and meeting deadlines.

·   Deep enthusiasm for digital content, entertainment, and storytelling.

·   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate across teams and external partners

·   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present content performance data effectively.

·   Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken

·   Interest in mobile-first content strategies and audience engagement tactics.

·   Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and streaming industry trends

·   Interest in rom-com movies, web novels or vertical drama series is a plus.

·   Experience in content writing, project management, or previous roles in media/entertainment operations is a plus.
